An end-to-end digital sales platform where the customer gets a price, buys the insurance and has the policy issued without a single manual step along the way.
Challenge
Insurance is characterised by heavy back-end processes with many rules, where business logic, calculations and integrations make up a complex system architecture. For LEA Forsikring, it is part of the company's business case that insurance can be bought entirely online and without manual handling.
The solution therefore had to both carry a user-friendly purchase flow for the end customer and integrate directly with LEA Forsikring's payment flow and policy creation.
Solution
Capacit built an end-to-end digital sales platform: the customer enters their details, gets a price, picks their cover, completes the purchase and has the policy issued on the spot. The whole customer journey runs directly in the core system.
The platform is connected to Stripe, so the payment authorisation for the monthly charges is set up automatically and the customer keeps one overview of their policies, documents and claims.
The contents insurance was launched as the platform's first product and is the foundation for further digital scaling
