Why we exist
We started Capacit to break with the consultancy model.
From the founders
Tomorrow's challenges demand disciplined intelligence. Our mission is to help organisations turn AI into real, responsible capability.
FoundersCapacit was founded as a break with the classic IT-consultancy model: hours sold, report delivered, responsibility concluded. We wanted to build a house where the people who advise are also the ones who build - and where responsibility does not end at handover.
That is why we take ownership from cradle to grave. Not as a figure of speech but as a way of working: we set the strategy, build the solution and stay with the system in support and operation - with no expiry date.
It changes how we build. When you will be the one operating what you deliver, you stop building demos and start building systems. Thoroughness is not a virtue we added on top - it is a consequence of the model.
That is what we mean when we call ourselves a house and not a consultancy.
At Capacit, we believe artificial intelligence is neither magic nor always a commodity — it is a discipline. Our work begins with understanding the problem in full: the organisation, the data, the constraints, and the stakes.
