Epico wanted to strengthen how they identify and present consultants for client assignments. As the consultant portfolio grew, it became increasingly more time-consuming to consistently identify the most relevant candidates for each opportunity. Knowledge about consultants was spread across CVs, notes and conversations, and matching often depended on manual searches and individual experience. At the same time, tailoring CVs to specific assignments required significant time. This slowed down Epico’s response time and made it harder to deliver consultant profiles fast when competing for new assignments. Epico set out to create a new approach that would make better use of their employees time and consultant portfolio by significantly reducing the time required to deliver assignment-ready profiles.
